Integrated analysis of dysregulated long non-coding RNA and mRNA expression profiles and function prediction in SH-SY5Y cells exposed to manganese. Homo sapiens

To investigate whether lncRNAs and mRNAs expression changes in human neuroblastoma cells (SH-SY5Y) following excessive Mn treatment, we have employed whole genome microarray expression profiling. Overall design: Manganese induced expression profiles of lncRNAs and mRNAs in dopaminergic SH-SY5Y cells were measured at 6 hours after exposed to doses of 0 and 500μM MnCl2. Three independent experiments were performed at each time using different donors for each experiment.
