资源简介:
Reinforcing phytoremediation with salt-tolerant plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) is one of the biological measures for salt-affected land improvement and reclamation. However, this is still in the infancy stage in the arid zone of northwest China. Identifying dominant bacterial groups and isolating well-adapted beneficial strains from indigenous halophytes will establish the groundwork for developing new plant-promoting inoculants and the construction of combined bacterial stimulators. This work used three halophytes (Kalidium foliatum, Lycium ruthenicum and Tamarix chinensis) from Minqin Oasis in northwest China to characterize the rhizobacterial communities and screen PGPR.
