WGS of commonly used osteosarcoma-derived cell lines

Cancer-derived cell lines are cornerstones in the characterization of cancer traits, the discovery of therapeutics, and the identification of biomarkers predicting therapeutics response. Full sequence information provides an important component to interpret the outcome of such work and to aid study design.
