Aedes aegypti subspecies Genome sequencing

To gain insight into evolution and sex-determination mechanisms in Aedes aegypti, genomic exome capture libraries from representative collections, from Senegal and other locations, were sequenced and analyzed to identify single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). West African and Thai collections included comparisons between males and females. Thai female replicate libraries: SRS682692 and SRS682687 (Ox10, Ox12); Thai male replicates: SRX679429 and SRX679427 (Ox09, Ox11). PK10 female replicates: SRX679424 and SRX679426 (Ox02, Ox04); PK10 male replicates: SRX679423 and SRX679425 (Ox01, Ox03).
