Daily measurements to monitor salinity, temperature and dissolved oxygen. Incubation raw data: values of temperature, dissolved oxygen and time recorded at the beginning and end of the incubations, for each species and condition (light and dark). Experimental tanks vs. temperature: calculations of NPP, R and GPP standardized by dry weight (DW) and 3D area of the specimens from experimental tanks. Alkalinity data: calculations of calcification standardized by DW and 3D area. Control tanks vs. time: calculations of NPP, R and GPP standardized by DW and 3D area of the specimens from control tanks. DW–A3D relationship: dry weight (DW) and 3D area values for each individual incubated. Bleaching: raw data of bleached surface area. Field data: temperature, dissolved oxygen and PAR values at the surface and along the depth gradient.
