CPR Phytoplankton 1958 to 2015

Excel file containing CPR data for area 30N to 80N, -80W to 15E, 1958 to 2015, sample level data (each sample being 1 row, equating to approx. 10 nautical miles of tow, 3m3 of filtered seawater), for all phytoplankton. For each taxa, values indicate abundance (according to standard CPR methodology, see Richardson et al. 2006, Prog in Oceanog 68. 27-74),
values of 0 indicate presence only. NOTE blank cells are either zero values if taxon has been looked for during that time period, or a null if the sample is outside of the time period where the taxon was recorded - this information can be found on the taxa metadata sheet. The excel file consists of samples in rows, with the following information in columns - A: sample id B:midpoint of sample latitude in decimal degrees C:midpoint of sample longitude in decimal degrees D:midpoint of sample local date and time E:sample year F: sample month G-J:taxa.
