Taxonomic position, antibiotic resistance and virulence factors of clinical Achromobacter isolates

The aim of this study was to characterize Achromobacter species isolated from persons with CF, by whole genome sequencing (WGS), and to compare these to isolates from other clinical samples and to isolates previously described in literature.
