This file includes the data used to performed the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) calibration by using the temperature corrected (see method de Oliveira et al. (2018), doi:10.3390/w10091146) in fluorescent dissolved organic matter (fDOM) as a proxy of DOC. The calibration was based on the relationship f(fDOM) = DOC.
