【日本語】 本アーカイブは、山川宏が1994-95年頃(推定)、富士通研究所から新情報処理開発機構(RWCP: Real World Computing Partnership)への出向期に、研究の方向性を定めるための個人的な検討ノートとして書いた「創造的知能とコンピュータコミュニティー」を中核とする一次資料群の復元版である。同ノートは、人類の知的能力を越える人工システム(創造的知能)の実現条件と、人間・コンピュータ・現実世界の三主体からなる未来社会像を論じ、今日の知能爆発(再帰的自己改善)、AI間通信、AIによる概念説明の困難(スケーラブル・オーバーサイト)、人間疎外リスクに相当する論点を1990年代半ばに体系的に予見していた。収録資料は個人の検討ノートであり所属機関の公式成果物ではないが、その第二部は後にRWCP Technical Report「コンピュータ・コミュニティー」(1995)として正式に刊行されており、同TRのセルフアーカイブ版も収録する。 収録内容: (1) 旧形式バイナリ(Inspiration 4.0、Deneba Canvas 3.5/5/6、PowerPoint)からのテキスト抽出により復元した検討ノート全文・概念マップ・概念図(Markdown/SVG/PNG、概念図は英語版も同梱)、(2) 年表・解説を付した統合アーカイブ文書(Markdown/PDF)、(3) 英語補足(歴史的解題〔現代のアラインメント概念との対応表、Good (1965)・Vinge (1993) との関係の明記を含む〕、核心3節の対訳、概念図英語版)、(4) 公刊資料: RWCP Technical Report「コンピュータ・コミュニティー」(1995)セルフアーカイブ版、(5) 原資料バイナリファイル一式とSHA-256チェックサム(将来のより良い復元のために同梱。関連する私信は非収録)。 構想文書の執筆年は1994–95年頃と推定される(下限: 使用ソフトの著作権表示1994年、上限: ファイル保存日時1997年1月16日。詳細は統合アーカイブ文書の注記を参照)。旧形式ファイルの解析・テキスト復元・文書整理はAIアシスタント(Claude, Anthropic)の支援により2026年7月に実施した。 【English】 This archive presents restored primary materials centered on "Creative Intelligence and the Computer Community," the personal research notes written by Hiroshi Yamakawa ca. 1994–95 during his secondment from Fujitsu Laboratories to the Real World Computing Partnership (RWCP), a Japanese national computing program. The notes systematically anticipated—in the mid-1990s—concepts corresponding to today's intelligence explosion (recursive self-improvement), inter-AI communication, the difficulty of AI explaining self-generated concepts to humans (an early formulation of the scalable-oversight problem), and risks of human alienation and role reversal. The materials are the author's private idea notes rather than official deliverables; Part Two was later formally published as an RWCP Technical Report, "Computer Community" (1995), included here as the author's self-archived copy. Contents: (1) the full restored text of the notes, concept maps, and diagrams recovered from legacy binary formats (Inspiration 4.0, Deneba Canvas 3.5/5/6, PowerPoint) as Markdown/SVG/PNG, including an English-labeled version of the concept diagram; (2) an integrated archive document with chronology and commentary (Japanese, Markdown/PDF); (3) an English supplement comprising a historical note (with a correspondence table to present-day alignment concepts and an explicit discussion of the relation to Good 1965 and Vinge 1993—no priority claim is made), bilingual translations of three core passages (the acceleration argument, the computer-to-human explanation problem, and the "perilous futures" taxonomy), and the English concept diagram; (4) the officially published RWCP Technical Report "Computer Community" (1995, author's self-archived copy); (5) the original binary files with SHA-256 checksums (included to enable future improved restoration; private correspondence is excluded). The writing date of the vision document is estimated as ca. 1994–95 (see the archive document for evidential bounds). Analysis, text restoration, and editorial work were performed in July 2026 with the assistance of an AI assistant (Claude, Anthropic).
