Data is from Barrow soils, sampled at discrete depth-intervals, and subjected to energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy, using an XEPOS spectrometer. Samples were fine, flour-consistency powders, suspended over a thin membrane of Prolene X-ray film. Data represents means of 4 determinations per sample, with X-ray tube voltage ~ 39 Kilovolts potential.
