CTD and routinely analyzed biogeochemical parameters in samples collected during R/V Mirai MR21-05C cruise

This dataset includes the profiles of CTD, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a fluorescence, beam attenuation coefficient), turbidity, nitrate, and photosynthetically available radiation at the same depths where discrete water samples were collected as the in-situ-sensor-measured data. In addition, salinity, oxygen, major nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, total-Alkalinity, and chlorophyll-a concentration (bulk and size-fractionated) were measured in water samples collected using a Niskin-bottle rosette at selected depths.本数据集包含原位传感器测量数据，涵盖温盐深仪（CTD，Conductivity Temperature Depth）、溶解氧（dissolved oxygen）、叶绿素a荧光（chlorophyll-a fluorescence）、光束衰减系数（beam attenuation coefficient）、浊度（turbidity）、硝酸盐（nitrate）以及光合有效辐射（photosynthetically available radiation）的剖面数据，上述参数的采集深度与离散水样的采集深度完全一致。此外，在选定深度下通过尼斯金采水瓶架（Niskin-bottle rosette）采集的水样中，还测定了盐度（salinity）、溶解氧（oxygen）、主要营养盐（major nutrients）、溶解无机碳（dissolved inorganic carbon）、总碱度（total-Alkalinity）以及叶绿素a浓度（chlorophyll-a concentration，包含总体浓度与分级粒径浓度）。
