This dataset includes the profiles of CTD, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a fluorescence, beam attenuation coefficient), turbidity, nitrate, and photosynthetically available radiation at the same depths where discrete water samples were collected as the in-situ-sensor-measured data. In addition, salinity, oxygen, major nutrients, dissolved inorganic carbon, total-Alkalinity, and chlorophyll-a concentration (bulk and size-fractionated) were measured in water samples collected using a Niskin-bottle rosette at selected depths.
本数据集包含原位传感器测量数据,涵盖温盐深仪(CTD,Conductivity Temperature Depth)、溶解氧(dissolved oxygen)、叶绿素a荧光(chlorophyll-a fluorescence)、光束衰减系数(beam attenuation coefficient)、浊度(turbidity)、硝酸盐(nitrate)以及光合有效辐射(photosynthetically available radiation)的剖面数据,上述参数的采集深度与离散水样的采集深度完全一致。此外,在选定深度下通过尼斯金采水瓶架(Niskin-bottle rosette)采集的水样中,还测定了盐度(salinity)、溶解氧(oxygen)、主要营养盐(major nutrients)、溶解无机碳(dissolved inorganic carbon)、总碱度(total-Alkalinity)以及叶绿素a浓度(chlorophyll-a concentration,包含总体浓度与分级粒径浓度)。
