Metabarcoding data of fungal communities associated with 203 full-sib oak trees (Quercus robur) located in Bourran (France).

Metabarcoding data describing the foliar fungal communities of 203 pedunculate oak (Quercus robur) individuals belonging to a full-sib family (3P x A4 crossing) planted in a common garden (Bourran, France). The sequences result from the amplification of the fungal ITS1 region with the ITS1F-ITS2 primer pair and unidirectional sequencing of the amplicons on a Roche GS Junior platform.
