In Puéchabon and Pic Saint Loup forests (FR), optical measurements in the PAR region (Photosynthetically Active Radiation) with two leaf-clip sensors, DUALEX and SPAD, were performed on 747 sampled leaves to retrieve the SPAD chlorophylls index, total chlorophylls content, anthocyanins content, flavonoids content and a nitrogen index. Leaves were sampled over 45 trees of two oak species (Quercus pubescens and Quercus ilex) between April and October 2021.
