通过自主创新技术研究与开发,以红松籽、虎杖和黄芪为原料,创建了酶促定向诱导转化增量、绿色溶剂耦合物理场强化提取、高效分离纯化和水溶性高值化产品开发系列加工利用关键技术,显著提高了原料利用率、活性成分得率及纯度,并通过中试规模化生产,最终获得了固态红松籽油冲剂、纳米白藜芦醇面霜及乳液和黄芪皂苷水溶性固体饮料系列高值化产品

Through independent R&D of innovative technologies, we developed a series of core processing and utilization technologies taking Korean pine seeds, Polygonum cuspidatum and Astragalus membranaceus as raw materials, covering enzymatic targeted induction and transformation for yield enhancement, green solvent-coupled physical field enhanced extraction, efficient separation and purification, and water-soluble high-value product development. These technologies significantly improved raw material utilization rate, the yield and purity of active ingredients. Through pilot-scale mass production, a series of high-value final products were obtained, including solid Korean pine seed oil oral granules, nano-resveratrol cream and lotion, as well as astragalosides-containing water-soluble solid beverages.
