Complementary data of quantitative detection of hydroxylated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in fish bile

These are the raw data corresponding to the measurement of excitation-emission fluorescence spectroscopy (EEMS) of hydroxilated comercial Hidrocarbon Aromatic Policiclic (PAH) and PAH metabolites detected in fish bile of two species of tropical fish native to the Colombian Orinoquia. The importance of this data lies in the fact that it fills the lack of information related to PAHs on living matrices such as fish, specifically this type of species native to the Colombian Orinoquia region. In addition, the EEMS obtained allow us to have a database on some fluorescent compounds and their behavior in fish bile. The data is part of a study funded by Colciencias-ANH and Universidad de los Llanos Project number 112272151869, contract 162-2016, grant 721 – 2015 (“Convocatoria para la formación de recurso humano en Colombia en el área de hidrocarburos, a través de proyectos de investigación”).
