资源简介:

For crystals doped with trivalent rare earth ions, the energy level structure of rare earth ions is related to their luminescent properties, and it is necessary to study their energy level structure. Cut the grown Nd3+:GdScO3 crystal into 1.5 mm thin slices, polish both sides, and achieve a smoothness of 5-10. Then test the absorption spectrum of the Nd3+:GdScO3 crystal. The instrument measuring the spectrum is the Perkin Elmer Lambda-950 UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer, with a step size of 0.2 nm and a measurement range of 250-2650 nm. This dataset includes the absorption spectra measured at low temperatures (8 K) as shown in Figure 1 (250-500 nm), Figure 2 (500-700 nm), Figure 3 (700-1000 nm), and Figure 4 (1000-2650 nm); Use the FLSP-920 spectrometer to test the room temperature emission spectrum of the sample, shown in Figure 5. The light source used for the test is an 808 nm laser, with a testing range of 850-1500 nm and a step size of 1 nm; Table 1 shows the obtained experimental energy level results of Nd3+:GdScO3 crystals; Table 2 shows the fitting calculation results of Nd3+:GdScO3 crystal-field energy levels; The free ion parameters and crystal-field parameter values of Nd3+:GdScO3 obtained from fitting and Nd3+:YAG and Nd3+:YAP reported in literature are shown in Table 3.
