Replication Data for: Active Mutual Fund Common Owners' Returns and Proxy Voting Behavior

This research examines the relationship between mutual funds’ common ownership positions and their investment performance and proxy voting behavior. The analysis uses portfolio holdings data, mutual fund returns, and proxy voting records to construct fund-level common ownership measures and analyze their effects on fund performance and voting behavior.
