Design: A quasi-experimental study employing a single-group pretest-posttest approach. Methods: The research was carried out within the Nursing Department of a public university in Brazil, utilizing a convenience sample of 54 undergraduate Nursing students. The intervention was based on the Good Medication Prescription Writing Practices Teaching Method, wherein students developed medication prescriptions, and their quality was systematically evaluated. Additionally, situational motivation for learning was assessed.
