lncRNA changes in the livers of NAFLD patients compared with that of healthy control

RNA was isolated from the mixed samples of liver tissues from 5 liver tissues from NAFLD patients and 5 healthy controls. Total RNA was reverse-transcribed with biotin end-labeled random oligonucleotide primers.
