This file includes 7 benchmark matrices of the open-source CUTh-Solver. Each zip file includes the 7-diagonal banded coefficient matrix, rhs vector, and capacity matrix of each benchmark. These benchmark matrices are discretized using the standard 7-point finite difference/volume of thermal simulation of 3D IC stack.
