Inflationary T cell receptor sequencing following MCMV infection in Tcf1 transgenic mice

Inflationary T cells were isolated from various organs in Tcf1-GFP mice following MCMV infection. TCRbeta sequencing was performed using Illumina MiSeq 2x300 platform. Peripheral tissue samples correspond to either Tcf1-high or Tcf1-low from spleen/lung/lymph nodes. Blood samples correspond to bulk TCRb sequencing without specific-cell isolation. All sample numbers correspond to the same mouse (e.g. spleen1 and blood1 are from the same animal).
