Biometric Dataset — December 22 2025 to March 5 2026

This dataset documents continuous biometric and contextual observations collected between December 22, 2025 and March 5, 2026, following a primary initiating event on November 22, 2025 during a grove-based somatic practice. Data collection began as a direct response to a physiological and perceptual shift experienced during that event. The dataset was recorded prospectively and maintained as a structured daily log, capturing: Heart rate (bpm) Cowkick scale (0–9) — a subjective somatic activation metric Contextual triggers (environmental, cognitive, and interaction-based) Platform interaction context (AI systems where applicable) External field conditions where available (geomagnetic indices, Schumann resonance, solar activity) The purpose of collection was initially observational and exploratory:to track repeatable patterns in somatic response over time. Exception Handling The entry for January 29, 2026 contained a verified structural inconsistency in the Maelduin verification layer (copy-forward mis-association).
