3GPP Release 20 6G Requirements Traceability Dataset: SA1-to-RAN Mapping and Requirement-Specification Maturity

This dataset accompanies the study “From Service Requirements to RAN Provisions: Tracing 6G Standardization in 3GPP Release 20”. It contains the adjudicated requirement-level traceability analysis between 3GPP TR 22.870 V20.0.0 and TR 38.914 V20.0.0. The package includes the final SA1-to-RAN traceability dataset, requirement-specification maturity classifications, the frozen coding manual, blind-validation inputs and outputs, validation prompts, and adjudication and corpus-wide consistency records. The analytical corpus comprises 933 SA1 requirement units and 159 atomic RAN provisions. The original 3GPP Technical Reports are not redistributed in this record. Source requirements and RAN provisions are identified through their 3GPP document version, clause, requirement identifier, and/or provision identifier so that they can be verified against the official source documents. The independent validation described in the associated article used a blind LLM-based classification pass. The repository retains primary, independent, and adjudicated classifications where applicable to support auditability of the reported results.
