<p>This survey is about the relation between social homogeneity of the neighbourhood and the level of satisfaction with housing situation of the local residents. 本调研旨在探讨社区（neighbourhood）的社会同质性与当地居民住房状况的满意度水平之间的关联。调研涵盖的问卷问题包括：受访者现居住房时长、收入来源、对住房合作社（housing corporation）"De Maatschappij"分配政策的评价、邻里引发的不便来源、受访者家庭是否对邻里造成不便、受访者生活方式与邻里生活方式的契合程度、对所在社区与自有住房的满意度、社区特征、与邻里、朋友、家人、同事的接触频率与质量、邻里互助程度、理想社区类型的特征。其中，1991年专属问卷问题额外包含：家庭构成、在"Oranjewijk"社区的居住时长、房屋翻新期间的临时居住情况、对翻新工程的满意度、受访者与配偶均出生于格罗宁根市或格罗宁根省、是否关注社区报纸、周边商铺的使用情况、社区中心到访频次、是否拥有乐器或宠物、是否愿意参与次年的调研合作。1992年专属问卷问题则涵盖：去年的调研合作参与情况、家庭人口数、迁居至现有住房的原因、相较于去年的社区变化情况、社区社会氛围的多个维度、对住房技术层面的满意度、健康状况、对住房合作社新分配政策的满意度、家人是否居住在附近、近邻的生活方式、是否计划短期内迁居及其具体原因。调研的背景变量包括：基础特征、居住情况、家庭特征、收入与资产状况、受教育程度、宗教信仰。
