Spread F and Normal Labelled Ionograms

This dataset contains over 28377 ionograms which have been labelled as either having spread F or not. The folders are labelled Train, Validation, and Test for the Training, Validation, and Test when training machine learning algorithms. However, the other option is to read all of the (train and validation) data and do a random 80:20 split between training and validation.
