The aim of this sequencing is to investigate the gut microbiota profile in adults with coronary atherosclerosis so as to provide a theoretical basis for future research. The fecal samples were collected from 35 adult patients diagnosed with coronary atherosclerosis and 32 healthy adults, and V3-V4 regions of 16S rDNA genes were sequenced by high-throughput sequencing.
