Merged Deworming Dataset_Final.sav

The dataset contains deidentified data of 1742 reproductive-age women (WRA) from rural Bangladesh, who participated in a quasi-experimental study that aimed to explore the effect of regular deworming of WRAs on their hemoglobin status and helminth infection status. The dataset contains information from baseline and endline surveys (from both control and intervention arms), where randomly selected WRAs were enrolled for data and sample collection.

Data included basic sociodemographic information, perception of anemia, helminth infection, deworming and community clinic. Height and weight of the participants were also recorded.

Samples included stool samples, which was used to detect ova of common helminths and capillary blood sample which was used to determine hemoglobin concentration using HemoCue2.
