色林错、拉鲁和茶巴朗湿地鱼类组成与分布数据集

本数据集为色林错、拉鲁和茶巴朗湿地鱼类组成与分布数据集，包含鱼类性别、全长、体长、体重及采样点经纬度信息。采样时间为2019年6-7月、2020年8-9月和2021年4-5月，采样区域涵盖波曲藏布、茶巴朗湿地、拉鲁湿地、色林错、扎根藏布和扎加藏布等河流及湿地生境。共记录4个目（鲤形目 Cypriniformes，鲇形目 Siluriformes，颌针目 Beloniformes，虾虎鱼目 Gobiiformes）、7个科（鲤科 Cyprinidae，丁鳜科 Tincidae，条鳅科 Nemacheilidae，鳅科 Cobitidae，鲇科 Siluridae，异鳉科 Adrianichthyidae，塘鳢科 Eleotridae）和15个属（裸鲤属 Gymnocypris，棒花鱼属 Abbottina，副泥鳅属 Paramisgurnus，丁鳜属 Tinca，高原鳅属 Triplophysa，鳅属 Cobitis，鲫属 Carassius，裸裂尻鱼属 Schizopygopsis，鲤属 Cyprinus，麦穗鱼属 Pseudorasbora，泥鳅属 Misgurnus，鲇属 Silurus，青鳉属 Oryzias，叶须鱼属 Ptychobarbus，小黄黝鱼属 Micropercops）。This dataset documents the fish composition and distribution in Selin Co, Lalu Wetland and Chabang Wetland. It includes detailed information on fish sex, total length, standard length, body weight, and the longitude and latitude of each sampling site. Sampling activities were carried out during June-July 2019, August-September 2020, and April-May 2021, covering multiple river and wetland habitats including Boqu Zangbo, Chabang Wetland, Lalu Wetland, Selin Co, Zha'gen Zangbo, and Zhajia Zangbo. A total of 4 orders, 7 families and 15 genera are recorded in this dataset: the 4 orders are Cypriniformes, Siluriformes, Beloniformes and Gobiiformes; the 7 families are Cyprinidae, Tincidae, Nemacheilidae, Cobitidae, Siluridae, Adrianichthyidae and Eleotridae; the 15 genera are Gymnocypris, Abbottina, Paramisgurnus, Tinca, Triplophysa, Cobitis, Carassius, Schizopygopsis, Cyprinus, Pseudorasbora, Misgurnus, Silurus, Oryzias, Ptychobarbus and Micropercops.
