A Global Analysis of the Enzymatic Mechanism of Pecoramyces ruminantium F1 in Lignocellulose Depolymerization

This project employed transcriptomics to study the enzymatic mechanism of mono-culture anaerobic fungi Pecoramyces ruminantium F1 and co-culture Pecoramyces ruminantium F1 with Methanobrevibacter thaueri F1 in the process of degrading lignocellulosic substrates, cellulose substrates, and hemicellulose substrates.
