Furthermore, between 2013 and 2021, the employment rate fluctuated, declining by roughly 7.3 percent in 2014, then rising again to 897,000 in 2015. This can be attributed to the government's National Development Plan (NDP), aiming to undertake inequality, unemployment, and social exclusion. The plan was introduced in 2012 and is expected by 2030 to support commercial agricultural industries, giving way to high possible growth and generation of employment with a focus on the more assuring regions.
