数据集为黄河流域作物耗水与虚拟水流动数据,时间为2000-2014年,包含黄河流域内山西、内蒙古自治区、山东、河南、四川、陕西、甘肃、青海和宁夏回族自治区9个省区的主要作物生产蓝水足迹和绿水足迹、省际间虚拟蓝水流动和虚拟绿水流动数据,作物共16种,分别是苹果、苹果、大麦、棉花、葡萄、花生、玉米、谷子、马铃薯、油菜籽、稻谷、高粱、大豆、甘蔗、葵花籽、西红柿和小麦。数据是应用联合国粮食及农业组织(FAO)开发的作物水分生产力模型 AquaCrop,区分灌溉和雨养条件,计算作物生长期每日蓝、绿水腾发量及作物单产,以省尺度作物单产统计数据分别对各省所属栅格点综合加权单产水平进行校核,推导出逐年各作物生产蓝水和绿水足迹。AquaCrop模型通过追踪根区水分流入量和流出量来模拟土壤水分动态平衡。该项研究成果以“黄河流域作物生产与消费实体水-虚拟水耦合流动时空演变与驱动力分析”为题发表于《水利学报》2020年第9期上。

This dataset contains crop water consumption and virtual water flow data for the Yellow River Basin, covering the period from 2000 to 2014. It includes blue and green water footprints of major crop production, as well as inter-provincial virtual blue and green water flow data across 9 provincial-level administrative regions in the basin: Shanxi Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Shandong Province, Henan Province, Sichuan Province, Shaanxi Province, Gansu Province, Qinghai Province, and Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. A total of 16 crops are covered, specifically apple, apple, barley, cotton, grape, peanut, maize, foxtail millet, potato, rapeseed, rice, sorghum, soybean, sugarcane, sunflower seed, tomato, and wheat. The data were generated using the AquaCrop crop water productivity model developed by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The model differentiates between irrigated and rainfed cropping conditions, and calculates daily blue and green water evapotranspiration and crop yields during the crop growth period. Statistically reported provincial-scale crop yields were used to calibrate the comprehensively weighted average yields of grid cells within each corresponding province, thereby deriving the annual blue and green water footprints for each crop. The AquaCrop model simulates soil water dynamic balance by tracking water inflows and outflows in the root zone. The research findings, titled "Spatio-temporal Evolution and Driving Forces Analysis of Coupled Physical-virtual Water Flows in Crop Production and Consumption in the Yellow River Basin", were published in *Journal of Hydraulic Engineering*, Issue 9, 2020.
