历史人流查询

客户端通过接入重庆移动大智大数据能力开放平台进行接口鉴权，调用接口前，需获取token（三方系统调用接口获取到的token，由三方系统传入）。入参内容为：区域ID、tokenCode，查询时间，返回值为：状态码、数量、true/false（成功为空，失败为描述）等，查询当前区域查询时间节点内实时人流用户数的总和；Clients access the Chongqing Mobile Dazhi Big Data Capability Open Platform for interface authentication. Before invoking this interface, a token obtained by the third-party system via its own interface calls must be passed in as a parameter. The input parameters are: region ID, tokenCode, and query timestamp. The returned content includes: status code, count, true/false flag (empty for successful calls, with failure descriptions for failed calls), etc. This interface is used to query the total number of real-time pedestrian users within the specified query time node of the current region.
