This study involves the DNA analysis of Spirulina cultured in the biochemistry laboratory of ICAR-Central Institute of Fisheries Technology (CIFT), India. The analysis aims to determine the genetic composition, strain identification, and purity of the Spirulina culture. DNA was extracted using standard molecular protocols, followed by PCR amplification and sequencing for taxonomic confirmation. The generated sequence data contribute to genomic characterization, aiding in the authentication and classification of Spirulina strains for research and industrial applications.
