Transcriptomic analysis of mouse macrophage Raw264.7 infected with Mycobacterium abscesses PheRS gene silencing

Murine macrophages (cell line RAW264.7) infected by the control and knock-down strains (MOI = 1) were collected 30 h post-infection by TRIzol (Invitrogen), and the transcriptomes were purified. RNAseq was performed by Illimina (Majorbio bioinformatic platform), and a total of 39.65 GB of cleaned data was obtained. The reference gene source was Mus_musculus (GRCM38.p6, http://asia.ensembl.org/Mus_musculus/Info/Index).
