Effects of extra-tumoral TR11B on gene expression in A549 lung adenocarcinoma cells

To investigate the downstream effects of extra-tumoral TR11B, especially the direct role of extra-tumoral TR11B in regulating cell cycle during tumorigenesis, human recombinant TR11B (rhTR11B) was added into the culture medium of A549 cells before RNA-seq was performed. Comparative gene expression profilling analysis of RNA-seq data for A549 cells treated with or without rhTR11B (PBS as negative control).
