Scientific and technical potential of Russian regions, 2010-2020

The dataset consists of six indicators that reflect the development of the human and financial components of the Russian scientific and technical system, as well as the results of scientific activity which expressed in the form of scientific publications and the use of advanced production technologies. Such a dataset of interrelated indicators makes it possible to evaluate the scientific and technical potential and the effectiveness of scientific research in the regions of the Russian Federation.
