CELF2 regulation in multiple myeloma

In this study, we analyzed transcriptome sequencing data to compare CELF2 RNA binding protein regulation in multiple myeloma cell line Overall design: We transfected RPMI 8226 cell line with 5nM CELF2 LNA ASO (n =2) and compared to Control LNA ASO (n=2) for 72 hours. We isolated RNA with Takara RNA isolation kit. Total RNA was extracted, and RNA integrity was assessed using an Agilent Bioanalyzer. Poly(A)-selected libraries were prepared and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus platform, generating 150 bp paired-end reads to a depth of approximately 50 million reads per sample.
