Supporting data for: Isotopic turnover in polar cod (Boreogadus saida) muscle determined through a controlled feeding experiment

This dataset contains the environmental data (temperature in degrees celcius and oxygen saturation in percent) and isotopic data (d13C and d15N) collected during a controlled feeding experiment of polar cod to determine the isotopic turnover rate of carbon and nitrogen in muscle tissue. This experiment is associated with the Nansen Legacy project with funding from The Research Council of Norway (#276730) and UiT-The Arctic University of Norway Department of Arctic and Marine Biology.
