We developed a Module Assembled Multifunctional Probes Assay (MAMPA) for visualizing monogenic G4s in single cells. In order to verify RCAPs / Cell measured by mRNA RCA imaging is proportional to the mRNA relative expression in cells, the transcriptome of seven cell lines (MCF 10A, MDA-kb2, MCF-7, BT-474, SK-BR-3, MDA-MB-231, HeLa) has been analyzed by next-generation sequencing. The identity of the cells lines was authenticated with STR profiling. Three biological replicates and two technical replicates have been processed for each cell line.
