Tfh and Tfr cells from OVA or HDM challenged mice Examination of Tfh and Tfr cells from OVA or HDM challenged mice. Mice were challenged with 4-Hydroxy-3-nitrophenylacetyl hapten-ovalbumin subcutaneously or house dust mite antigen intranasally. Lymph nodes were harvested and Tconventional, Tfh or Tfr cells were sorted for RNAseq transcriptional analysis.
