Isolation and Struggle to Belong: Older Korean-Australian Migrants’ Managing Emotions through Homeland Digital Media

This doctoral thesis examines how older Korean-Australian migrants navigate adjustment challenges and foster social and emotional connections by managing their emotions through the use of homeland digital media. The research is intended to enhance understanding of the difficulties faced by socially vulnerable migrant groups and their struggle to develop a sense of belonging in a multicultural host society.
