RNA-Seq based gene expression profiling of mouse Meis1-Meis2 double KO or wild-type atria and ventricles (Embryo).

The goal of this study was to compare the gene expression profile, using RNA-seq technology, of mouse Meis1-Meis2 double KO or wild-type fetal. RNA-seq was performed in four different conditions, atria and ventricles from fetal hearts at E15.5 to compare Meis1 and Meis2 double deletion (constitutive or inducible) with control littermates. In all cases, 4 replicates were used for each condition.本研究旨在利用RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，比较小鼠Meis1与Meis2双基因敲除及野生型胎鼠的基因表达谱。实验设置四种不同条件，采集胚胎发育第15.5天（E15.5）胎鼠心脏的心房与心室样本，对比Meis1和Meis2双基因组成型敲除、诱导型敲除小鼠与同窝野生型对照的基因表达差异。所有实验条件均采用4个生物学重复。
