RNA-seq of AKP organoids over different stages of differentiation

Transcriptomic profiling of mouse tumoroids at early (2 days of Apc restoration) versus late stage differentiation (7 days of Apc restoration) Overall design: AKP organoids were cultured under control condions (Apc OFF) or were induced to differentiate during two days (2 days Apc restoration) or seven days (7 days Apc restoration). Cells from the three different conditions were collected and RNA was extracted for sequencing.
