B cell alterations during BAFF inhibition with belimumab in SLE

Mass cytometry data, systemic lupus erythematosus patients at Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset at the start of belimumab treatment and follow-up time-points. Generated on a CyTOF2 machine. In run1, B cells were gated for CD20 (positive) and CD3 (negative) and CD4 T cells for CD20 (negative), CD3 (positive) and CD4 (positive). The data for both runs has been bead normalised.
