Thirty transcriptomes of Sinonovacula constricta from disease-sensitive and disease-resistant groups

The juveniles of Sinonovacula constricta were exposed to Vibrio parahaemolyticus for 15 days. The ones died before 15 days were set as a disease-sensitive group, and the ones survived after 15 days were set as a disease-resistant group. Each group have 15 samples. We try to filter the key indicators (SNPs) that can indicate the ability of resistance for the selective breeding of Sinonovacula constricta.
