TMPyP4 treatment antagonizes cognitive deficits seen in ATR-X model (AtrxΔE2) mice. Our findings suggest a potential therapeutic strategy to target G-quadruplexes and decrease cognitive impairment associated with ATR-X syndrome. Overall design: We administered TMPyP4 (30mg/kg, i.p.) to AtrxΔE2 mice twice weekly between post-natal day 30 to 90. (n = 5 mice per group per pool)
