Establishment of Tethered Cord Syndrome Model: A Novel Rabbit Conus Medullary Traction Model

Currently, there is an urgent need to establish a suitable animal model to simulate the pathogenesis of tethered cord syndrome (TCS), a rare disease. This study aims to establish a new animal model using rabbits as experimental subjects in order to investigate the pathogenesis of TCS, which will be of significant importance in laying the foundation for future treatment strategies.
