The NMDtxDB is a database that provides an in-depth view of NMD-sensitive transcripts based on transcriptome data from various cell lines with NMD pathway knockdowns or knockouts. It contains 302,889 transcripts, including 48,213 with premature stop codons and 6,433 upregulated in NMD-deficient cell lines, supporting the study of NMD substrate RNAs.
