Data set: dengue incidence, climatic and environmental conditions in São Luís do Maranhão (2014-2020)

This dataset is derived from various sources, focusing on the incidence of dengue cases in different neighborhoods of São Luís do Maranhão during the period from 2014 to 2020, with a monthly granularity. The variables include climate data such as precipitation, average, maximum, and minimum temperature, humidity, wind speed, and direction, as well as the vegetation index, latitude and longitude of each neighborhood. Data on dengue cases was obtained through a protocol request (number 00001.000235/2021-24) to the São Luís Municipal Health Department. (2023-12-12)
