A number of stakeholders were interviewed for this doctoral research project, including policy makers, citizens and technical experts. All interviews were semi-structured, in-depth interviews. <br><br>While some interviews were audio recorded (and transcribed), other interviews were documented through note-taking. Participants were given information sheets prior to the interview process as well as sufficient time to read these and ask questions. An informed consent form was signed by each participant before their interview. <br><br>All data has been anonymised.<br>
